Shipping, Returns, Damaged During Shipping Policy

We ship USPS Monday-Friday and generally within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Once your order arrives, you have 30 days to return any product  assuming it is unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide tracking information and verification of our receipt of the returned item(s).  Products can be sent to PO Box ???? Carbondale CO 81623. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund so please read product descriptions, ingredients and supporting information carefully prior to making your purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days back to the form used for original purchase. Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) days to deposit into the customer’s account.

 

Shipping Gummies:

We will always do our best to ensure your delicious gummy order arrives in good condition. Unfortunately, once gummies leave our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that, during the summer months, they will not melt in transit or when left in an outside mail receptacle exposed to sunlight. Please consider your local temperatures when placing your order. The good news is that gummies that do arrive melted are still usable with potency unaffected. Simply place melted gummy jar in refrigerator until gummies are firm. Remove gummies from jar and cut according to color or by weight (each gummy weighs 8gr). All sales on Gummy Bear products are final and not eligible for return.

 

Damage during shipping:

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Upon delivery of your order, please check products carefully to ensure they have not been damaged during shipping. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item, you have 48 hours from delivery date to contact our customer service and provide a full description and picture of damage. We will happily replace your damaged item.

 

 Lost Packages

If a package gets lost in transit, which happens on rare occasions, we will re-ship the order. If the tracking information however says the package was ‘delivered,’ then this means USPS successfully delivered the package to the given address and our job has been effectively accomplished and Bella’s Gold will not replace that package without charge. If USPS says delivered and you have not received the package, please check with housemates or family to see if they received the package without notifying you, and check around the door to make sure it has not blown away. USPS will not mark an order as delivered if it hasn’t been. If you put the wrong address on the order form, it is your responsibility to track down the product.
